Refund policy
Refunds (if applicable)
You have 15 calendar days to return broken, damaged, opened item(s) for a refund. Once we receive your item(s) we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Only the item(s) affected will be processed for a refund (not the entire order).
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuers policies.
TPPF will not be liable for any damages that occur during shipping.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within 5 business days contact your bank.
If you purchased using your credit card it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Absolutely no exchanges at any time.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
